Jon had been contacting our company periodically informing us of Emerark’s activity within the expat recruitment space. Furthermore, Jon was known and had also assisted former Eldorado employees who had since moved on to executive roles within new companies.
So when 2 senior positions arose within our project construction team, they seemed like a reliable choice.
We had a relatively tight timeline to recruit and onboard the right candidates for both positions. In addition, both roles required a very niche skill set. The project schedule would be in jeopardy if we were not to have the right people in the right positions at the right time.
