Transparent Progress Updates
By partnering with Emerark, you’ll be kept in the loop at every stage. Each week we’ll share our progress with you via your custom client portal. It will display each candidate that we have approached, the company they work for, discussion points and interest level. In addition to this, we collect data such as salaries, benefits and bonus information. These progress updates allow us to address challenges as they arise during our weekly meetings.
From this process, a list of candidates will emerge who have been assessed against the brief and who are interested in the opportunity. You will then typically select a short list of three to five to interview. Our transparent process gives you the confidence you’re making your hire from the best talent available. It really is the difference between thinking you’ve made the right hire, and knowing you have made the right hire.
